I work in a call center for many internet service providers, and wanted to bring this to your attention. There has been an update to adobe products due to security threats:

Select Adobe software products contain multiple vulnerabilities. Adobe has released updates to address these vulnerabilities.
Description
Adobe Security Bulletin APSB13-05 and APSB13-06 describe multiple vulnerabilities in Adobe software. Adobe has released updates to address the vulnerabilities.
Impact
A remote, unauthenticated attacker could execute arbitrary code, cause a denial of service, or gain unauthorized access to your files or system.
Please take caution, and download the update that was released today.

EDIT: cleaned up everything as much as I could. I am at work, and this is hard to do.
EDIT 2: Note: When you reinstall a newer version of adobe air, it doesn’t get installed into LoL’s adobe air.
- Install the newest version of Adobe Air at: http://get.adobe.com/air/
- Turn off League of Legends
- Go to the LoL directory: Riot Games\League of Legends\air\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0
- Go to the Adobe Air directory: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0
- Copy all the files in “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0″ over to “Riot Games\League of Legends\air\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0″
- Now finally run League of Legends with the latest Adobe Air.
EDIT 3: The adobe air folder could be in the following place: C:\Program Files (x86)\LoL\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.0.239\deploy) then carry on from there.

EDIT 4: If you do this (manually upgrade Adobe AIR for LoL) LolReplay and the replay function of any previously recorded matches will be broken. Just a warning for those who use to record their matches.
