Unofficial PBE Patch Notes for 4/17/2013


Ability Changes - Karma

  • Focused Resolve [ W ] - Cooldown is now 16/15/14/13/12 Seconds (down from 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 Seconds)
  • Inner Flame [ Q ] - Now does 80/125/170/215/260 (up from 60/110/160/210/260)
  • Inspire [ E ] - now grants 40/45/50/55/60 Movement Speed (up from 20/30/40/50/60)
  • Inspire [ E ] - Cooldown is now 10 seconds ( down from always 12 seconds)
  • Mantra [ R ] - Cooldown is now 42.3/39.8/36.66/33.84  Seconds (down from always 45)
    Update: Riot says "45/42/39/36" However that is not what shows ingame

Ability Changes - Quinn

  • Vault [ E ] - Instead of "Briefly stunning" now says "Briefly interrupting"

Ability Changes - Thresh

  • Death Sentence [ Q ] - Now deals 80/120/160/200/240 (up from 80/110/140/170/200)
  • Flay [ E ] - Passive now says "up to 80/110/140/170/200 %" (Changed from  100/125/150/175/200 %)
  • Flay [ E ] - Now deals  65/95/125/155/185 (down from 65/105/145/185/225)

KarmaFocused Resolve [ W ]
Links Karma to target enemy champion, revealing them, and dealing 60/110/160/210/260(+0.6*AP) magic damage over 2 seconds, rooting them in place for 1/1.3/1.5/1.8/2seconds if the link is not broken.

Mantra Bonus - Renewal: Focused Resolve deals [Based on R] (+0.6*AP) bonus magic damage and heals Karma over the duration for 25% (+0.01*AP%) of her missing Health.

Mantra Bonus - Soulflare: Deals [Based on R] (+0.3*AP) additional magic damage and leaves a circle of flame at the impact area or upon reaching maximum range, slowing enemies for 50%. After 1.5 seconds the circle erupts, dealing 0.3 (+0.6*AP) magic damage to enemies in the area.

Upon reaching the target, she leaps off the target, briefly stunning it, and lands near her maximum Attack Range from the target. Valor will immediately mark this enemy as Vulnerable.

As Valor: Performs the same attack but does not mark or leap off the target.
