Turret fires a shock wave
From these two pictures we can see that Heimerdinger’s turret deals attacks similar to shock wave and there’s even a process of aiming and drawing back. Maybe someone thinks it’s the skin effect, but you will figure it out after seeing the picture below.
The picture shows that Heimerdinger’s turret still fires normal shots. So what’s the shock wave attack?
Another obvious aiming line along with three turrets
We find the similar aiming line and three turrets in the screenshot. There are only two champions – Heimerdinger and Kennen from the battle information, so why there’s a third turret?
Most importantly, there’s no Twitch in the battle whose passive will mark opponents with blue ice flower, just like the image shows. So what’s the ice flower?

But now there’re 4 ice flowers after attacking Kennen several times
I study the video and maybe the turret will get a buff after several attacks or certain duration and the buff can be stacked. And the buff is displayed through ice flower surrounding the turret. We have no idea of the buff effect.
Heimerdinger remake seems done from the leaked video, will he be released with the launch of the new map?
